rants & raves
Cindy and Steve,
Thank you both for your brave, conference-highlight
podcast creation session at the Ragan conference earlier this month.
I was in your audience, and your demo and encouragement pushed
me over the ledge (that doesn't sound good but you know what
I mean) after I got back to work.
Although I have usually been an early adopter of new technology
among my 50-plus age group, I have been lurking on the outskirts
of podcasting, trying to come up with a master plan for how
to create one, launch one, get it approved, etc., in my organization's
culture. Then somehow your session convinced me to
just come back home, get the few tools you referenced, and
dive in.
So I did, and it worked…
Anyway, thank you. My bosses are even more convinced now
that I was their wisest hiring decision ever.
Best wishes in your own work.

"I
have seen Steve speak several times, and he always is so
funny and informative. I describe his sessions like doing
a mini Corporate Communication MBA with a Jon Stewart Daily
Show twist."
Ruth Hatch, BMO Financial Group

"Steve Crescenzo is a powerhouse! The workshop was hard-hitting,
relevant, and to-the-point."
Mabel Oshiro, The Aerospace Corp.

“Steve's
wealth of knowledge, infectious sense of humor,
and boundless energy are inspirational. I have so many
new things
I
want to try."
Rachel Stepner, CHW Bay Area Region

"The
surveys and focus groups that Cindy Crescenzo conducted
for us provided valuable customer information and clear direction
for our organization’s communications plan. Cindy
led the team from the start, guiding us through question
and
survey design, survey administration, analysis and
follow up. Cindy was extremely organized, flexible
and she gave
us great suggestions to improve every aspect of the
research we conducted. Probably the thing
that impressed me the
most was how quickly Cindy got up to speed with our
business operations.
She clearly spent time getting to know what we do,
what is important to us and what is important to our
customers. In
the end, the research analysis Cindy delivered to us
was (and still is) an invaluable tool that helps us
make important
business decisions for our organization."
Beth Martino
Deputy Secretary
Kansas Department of Labor

“This
seminar was invigorating and one of the best I've attended
in my 25 years as a communicator."
Alicia Nordquist, Novartis Pharmaceuticals
